At month two of employment, I identified the need to develop an automated Publishing Hub for scaling the company's growth and revenue. With approval by the President, I led the UX, design and development of the custom publishing, CRM and performance tracking hub. Launched at my month six, it allowed for automated workflows that streamlined: game prototype submissions, prototype reviews, API integrations with Facebook & Game Analytics, studio contracting, and notifications to identify hit games. The Publishing hub scaled Voodoo's sales 358% in 2018 compared to the year before, plus secured $200M in investment from Goldman Sachs for proving the speed to market model unique to Voodoo's early success.
